Travis Thomas is a performance coach who specializes in mindset, leadership, and culture. He is the former performance coach for the US Men’s National Soccer team, and is currently serving that role with FC Dallas and the St. Louis University men’s soccer team. He continues to serve as a corporate trainer, speaker, and consultant for some of the top companies in the world. He is the author of the book, “3 Words for Getting Unstuck: Live Yes, And”…in which he shares his experience from 25 years in improvisation and improvisational comedy - and how those principles apply to the happiness and performance in our lives.
