In graduate school I had a colleague of mine who was an ex supermodel who opened up about the real mental health issues, body image issues and eating disorders that plague models everywhere.
For someone who is on the outside, they look like the “perfect” specimens, that doesn’t mean they aren’t human and don’t feel the way everyone else does.
In this weeks episode I chat with Alexina all about the truth behind being a model and her issues and connection to mental health issues.
Alexina Graham is an English fashion model. She began her modeling career in 2008, when she was one of the winners of the 2008 Ford modeling competition.
